Golders Green’s sky high rents shows why Barnet Labour’s action for renters is needed, according to  a local councillor.

A new tube map has been published showing rental prices around Golders Green Station as the highest on the Edgware branch of the Northern Line in Barnet at an average £796 per month ( https://www.dosenews.co.uk/post/london-underground-rent-map).

Councillor Matthew Perlberg of Childs Hill ward where the tube station is located said: “The Conservative Government did little to protect private renters and almost nothing to bring down the price of renting.

“Thankfully from ending no fault evictions to introducing a right to manage, the Labour Government is protecting private renters.
